50 Cent Heats Up Rap Beats With New Line of Wireless Headphones

50 Cent Heats Up Rap Beats With New Line of Wireless Headphones

If Dr. Dre, Diddy and Ludacris can all do it, why can’t 50 Cent join the mix and offer a new line of headphones, too? 50 Cent insists that he isn’t late to the party. This new line of headphones is wireless, and is designed to compete head-to-head with Dr. Dre’s Beats By Dre line. Fans can listen to rap beats without wires, while getting a good clean sound.

New Headphones Introed At CES

50 Cent is making up for any lost ground by having introduced the headphones at last month’s Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. The road to profit isn’t unimpeded, though. He’ll also have to compete with wireless headphones from a slew of manufacturers and artists who have lent their names to products.

With a price point of $350, 50 Cent’s headphones cost significantly more than competing products offered by Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber (both Beats by Dre, by the way), as well as headphones offered by legendary music producer Quincy Jones (Harman). But who’s going to let a couple hundred dollars get in the way of some great rap beats?

British Rap Beatmaker Tinie Tempah Skips US Labels For Now

British Rap Beatmaker Tinie Tempah Skips US Labels For Now

British rap beatmaker and songwriter Tinie Tempah says that contrary to rumors, he hasn’t signed with Jay-Z’s Roc Nation and has no plans to add his act to any other US label right now.

Who Is Tinie Tempah?

Tinie Tempah is an emerging beatmaker on the London rap scene and recently debuted his first album, called Disc-Overy. His first album contains a handful of hit singles, including Pass Out, Frisky, Written In The Stars, Miami 2 Ibiza and Invincible. The rapper opened for Rihanna at four concert appearances in the UK earlier in 2010, and has appeared in several concerts and music festivals.

He also released a free mixtape in the US, which he announced on DJ Whoo Kid’s radio show. The mixtape features Tempah rapping over singles from more well-known performers including Rihanna, Kanye West and Willow Smith.

At this point, Tinie Tempah is content to build up the British rap scene, and build his US and UK fan bases. His first album was released on the Parlophone label and Tinie Tempah, whose real name is Patrick Okogwu, has confirmed that he’s working on a second album. The new release will have a more “electronic and live music” feel than the works that appear on Disc-Overy, but he has not indicated what the name of the new collection will be or when it will be available.

Tinie Tempah’s approach is a solid strategy for building a fan base. Distribute free mixtapes, align yourself with well-known rap acts and make your own choices when it comes to music. If you want to get into the rap music scene, making rap beats that really get your audience moving is key.

Sonic Producer is a great software package that can help you put together the rap beats your audience is looking for. Sonic Producer comes with hundreds of royalty-free samples that will enable you to make your own music and get your sound out to your fans.

With Sonic Producer, you not only get some kickin’ rap beats, you also get tutorials to help you put together your own unique sound. All of the beats in Sonic Producer are royalty-free, so you can make your own mixtapes (no extra equipment needed) and export your sound to MP3. You get your music recorded with a professional sound, and you get the information you need to make sure your music is what the fans are looking for.
Nothing beats Sonic Producer on the market today. Download your copy right now – it’s available for both the Mac and PC – and get started on your own fresh musical experience!
